Tried-and-true methods meet innovation and adaptability. We believe in smarter not harder.

Pipes leak at joints.
  • We reduce joints. Less joints=less problemsUnless specified by the customer, we use Class A PEX pipe for potable water supply systems. No chemical welded joint, no threaded joints, and no harsh bends not only means less problems down the road, but also means better flow. Increased flow means more pressure at your shower head or kitchen faucet.

Heating water is expensive.
  • Heat less water=lower bills! If you're an existing homeowner or if you want to repipe your existing home or business. Utilizing a manifold water distribution system can save you money regardless of the existing water heater. In a traditional water supply system, a multitude of 3/4" supply lines bring water to multiple fixtures. If only one fixture needs water at the end of the system, this means you are paying to heat the volume of water it takes to fill the 3/4" water line X the distance it takes to get to the fixture. Over the course of a year, this could equal to thousands of gallons of water heat wasted. A manifold water distribution system gives every fixture a dedicated hot and cold supply line specifically sized to deliver the proper amount of water for only that fixture.

  • Another way to heat less water is with an on-demand water heater. With a traditional water heater, you are always paying for the energy to not only heat the water you use when you cook, clean, and bathe, but you are also paying for the energy to constantly keep 40 gallons (most homes have a 40 gallon hot water tank) of water at 130ºF AT ALL TIMES! An on-demand tank allows homeowners to only heat the water they use. This results in real savings every month in energy bills. (And, we believe in these so much, Nick and Jess use this system in their own home.)

Making your own things saves money. We cut and thread our own steel pipe to length on the job.
  • By cutting and threading pipe on the job, we not only reduce the number of joints in threaded pipe installations, but also to save time by eliminating the need to make trips to the supply store getting precut lengths of pipe.

Always know where your underground utility lines are--even years down the road.
  • Forget the days of old men with magical tree branches or bent wire walking around "locating" buried things. Anytime we do work for you which involves burring stuff in the ground, our standard practice is to install an insulated wire capable of being energized with a signal which can be located. We also provide customers with a schematic of their underground utilities we install. If we find something you didn't know was there, we'll include those lines on the schematic as well.
